Douglas (“Doug”) Sheff has nearly four decades of experience litigating personal injury cases, earning a reputation for obtaining consistent, superior recoveries for his clients. 

For decades, Doug has also represented victims of traumatic brain injury, utilizing cutting-edge medical resources to assist clients in the determination of the nature and extent of their injuries and has been successful in obtaining superior recoveries on behalf of these victims. He founded the Traumatic Brain Injury Task Force, a group of physicians, workplace safety groups, government and court officials and attorneys who focus on those suffering from the impacts of a traumatic brain injury. 

Doug also holds TBI-related leadership positions nationally, including Governor of the American Association of Justice and Executive Committee of the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group.

Kathy Jo Cook is one of the region’s most tenacious and accomplished personal injury litigators, with a record of successful trial experience spanning nearly three decades. Her career has been characterized by grit, compassion, and the drive to fight for those who have been wronged, even from its unconventional start.

Kathy’s outstanding abilities have consistently been recognized by her peers and legal observers.
