Overview

We achieved this settlement for a single forty-five-year-old man who sustained an L5-S1 disc herniation in a tractor trailer accident. Our client alleged that the defendant was speeding, was following too closely and was not paying proper attention to traffic conditions. 

Sheff & Cook was able to procure an admission from the defendant that he violated the Department of Transportation Regulations regarding the transporting of hazardous materials, which helped to disprove the defendant’s version of how the accident occurred.
