“Including Mr. Aaron Hernandez, and when we do, he will no longer be able to hide behind any sort of the amendment rights against self-incrimination, because he is already convicted of the crime, and when we do call him, Ursula Ward will be by our side to look him in the eye, once he goes under oath and tells his story,” said Doug Sheff, Ward’s lawyer.
Sheff said this suit is not about money and they are not demanding a specific amount. He said Ward wants to know what happened to her son the night he was killed and Hernandez is the only one can give her answers.
